Abilities

Fast Reflexes: Your character reacts to situations with lightning speed, allowing them to catch a falling apple or move to parry a sword blow.
War Form: your character has the terrifying ability to assume the ancient fusion of man and wolf, the Loup Garou war form. This also allows your character to partially shift some of their body into wolf form.

Racial Abilities

• Form of the Wolf: The most basic and intimate of the werewolf’s abilities is to change into a large wolf. This gives them increased speed stamina and strength well beyond your standard wolf but they lose the ability to speak or use tools. It also wreaks havoc on clothes.
WAR FORM INTERACTION: If a werewolf has taken the War Form ability they also gain the ability to partially shift some of their body into wolf form.

• Vitality of Seasons: A werewolf in any form recovers rapidly from injuries, with small cuts healing in front of your eyes and things that should keep them down and out doing much less than you would like.

• Senses of the Great Wolf: A werewolf has heightened senses when compared to a normal man, but they are limited by what form they are in. In human form a werewolf has low light vision able to see in starlight as if it were dusk, but his other senses cannot be used. In wolf form a werewolf gains a bloodhound’s keen nose, able to pick up scents from a great distance with incredible detail, and the hearing of terrier, able to pick up the slightest variable in sound, even putting standard wolves to shame.

• Moon Bane: The power of the moon is so great that it is perhaps the reason that silver so adversely effects a werewolf. As silver is often referred to as “Moon Steel” it seems to bleed the other worldly energies out of a werewolf when they are subjected to it. Even the touch of silver is irritating, although not in itself damaging.

• Ancient Poison: Wolfsbane. The plant that every werewolf rightly fears and some suspect that was created by Gryr long ago. Poisons made from Wolfsbane are highly toxic to werewolves, trapping them in whatever form they are in and making them incredible ill. In addition if a werewolf ever consumes Wolfsbane and survives the following near death experience they are stripped of their abilities. Thankfully Wolfsbane is uncommon and easy to smell in food, a little bitterness on the tongue is usually a dead giveaway. There are tales though of Werewolf packs using Wolfsbane to strip a werewolf of their abilities and cast them out. Going through the ritual can once again restore a werewolf’s true self.

Personality

Freyr is a very down-to-earth person that anyone can find easy to talk to. He might be playful at times, but he knows when to be serious, especially when hunting. His curiosity towards humans can sometimes cause trouble, but he tries to be careful. Otherwise, Freyr is a loving brother to all and loyal to his pack.

Hunting is Freyr's favourite thing to do, and he's good at it too. He is quick on his feet, swiftly killing small prey like hares with a strong swipe of his claws or a fierce bite. Though Freyr enjoys hunting with his pack, he sometimes prefer doing it solo, not having to deal with the other members and quickly finishing the job by himself. Freyr does looks forward to hunting with Elune alone, since he looks up to her. 

History

Freyr is born in the wolf pack to werewolves Ulrik and Avery. His parents were great hunters of the pack, and so Freyr was taught the basics at a young age, hoping he would follow their footsteps. His father trained him the more physical stuff, while his mother taught him things like plants that can be used for medicine, a bit of knowledge on humans etc. Freyr's childhood was fairly nice, with equal shares of happy and sad moments.

However, during one of their missions, only Freyr's mother returned amongst other members. His father died protecting his mother by taking a silver arrow through the heart. His mother blamed herself for being so careless, but because of Freyr, she strengthened up and took care of him for the remaining time. Freyr was upset about his father's death, but as long as his mother is next to him, Freyr never backed out. They looked after each other from then on.

Now, Freyr has become a capable hunter and wishes to be one of the greatest hunters of the pack.
